Public Art & Paintboxes

After a long, dark 2020, it was time to bring some color back to the community. As part of a collaboration with the Central Square Business Improvement District, I was given two boxes in Central Square to add some pop to.

These electrical boxes were splashed with some spray paint and stencil magic. If you look closely, you can see patterns taken from maps of Boston integrated into the piece. Whenever Iā€™m working on a public-facing mural in Greater Boston, my signature move is to sneak in a portion of a Boston map.

To see work in person, you can visit One Central Square in Cambridge, MA.
